Omakase, the world’s most expensive sushi 2007-2009 , is available for US$350-$600. Out of the affordable price, we have to order 3 calendar weeks before we can enjoy it. Omakase has many fans and Masa, the most expensive sushi restaurant in the world, apparently need a new chef that capable to serve Omakase as nice as Masa Takayama. Too bad, I think Masa Takayama never has spare time to make an audition
